Welcome to Sisters Snail Mail Co. By subscribing to or using our website, services, or products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
1. Overview
Sisters Snail Mail Co. is a subscription-based service that delivers monthly themed mail drops featuring art, stickers, and creative goods. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Subscription & Billing
- By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly billing. Subscriptions renew automatically on the 10th of each month unless canceled before the 10th.
- If you subscribe on or before the 10th, your first payment will be processed on the upcoming 11th for the next month's drop.
- If you subscribe after the 10th, your first charge will occur on the 11th of the following month.
- You can cancel anytime through your customer portal before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued once a renewal has been processed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders ship monthly around the 15th of each month. We currently ship within the United States only.
- Shipping is included in the subscription price (standard USPS letter mail). Delivery times may vary based on location and postal service delays.
4. Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade and limited-run items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- If your mail arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at heysis@sisterssnailmail.com, and we'll make it right.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content included in Sisters Snail Mail Co. is the property of Sisters Snail Mail Co. and its collaborating artists.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
